About Angela
I am a lover of books, words, theatre, drama and nature. My own bookworm behaviour as a child led me to want to create my own worlds and characters in my own stories and poetry. There was simply no other career for me than one which inspired young people to love books like I do. I have only ever been a teacher!

My lessons start with BIG questions that enable my students to immediately make links between the text/topic and their own lives and experiences. I use a range of methods and tasks, adapting the level and pace for each student, to maximise progress and confidence. I like my lessons to be punchy, lively and end with a great sense of achievement.
