About Zyair
I’m Zyáir, a certified English teacher and graduate of Michigan State University with a passion for helping students build confidence in reading, writing, and communication. My background in education allows me to guide learners through literacy development, academic writing, essays, research papers, and test preparation with clear structure and supportive feedback.
I believe every student has a unique voice, and my goal is to help them develop the skills to express their ideas effectively and thoughtfully. I create a professional yet encouraging learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, improving their skills, and challenging themselves academically.
In addition to teaching, I am also a singer, which has strengthened my creativity and communication skills. This artistic background helps me bring energy, patience, and adaptability into my teaching, making lessons engaging and approachable for students of all ages and learning levels.

I’m Zyáir, an English teacher and writing coach experienced in working with ELL (English Language Learner) students, including those who are learning English for the first time. I provide patient, structured guidance to help learners build confidence in speaking, reading, and writing while developing strong literacy skills.
My approach blends structured guidance with creative thinking so students learn how to express their ideas clearly while developing their own voice. Lessons begin with identifying a student’s goal, whether that’s improving reading comprehension, preparing for a test, strengthening essays, or working on longer academic projects like dissertations or theses.
From there, I break skills into manageable steps such as analyzing texts, building arguments, organizing ideas, and revising writing for clarity and impact. A typical lesson may include a short skill focus like thesis development or paragraph structure, guided practice, and time for students to apply the skill to their own work. I also provide thoughtful feedback so students leave with practical strategies they can use independently.
What sets me apart is my background as both a classroom teacher and writer. I combine academic rigor with encouragement so students feel supported while still being challenged to grow.
My lessons are designed for students of all ages and learning levels, including elementary, middle school, high school, college, and adult learners. I support literacy development, academic writing, essays, research papers, dissertations, thesis work, and test preparation.
