I am a current New York State certified English teacher and recently became certified in South Carolina as well. I am passionate about helping students strengthen their reading comprehension, writing, and critical thinking skills in a supportive and engaging learning environment. I am excited to begin this new chapter in South Carolina while continuing to help students grow in confidence and succeed academically.

My teaching method focuses on helping students become stronger readers and more confident writers through personalized and engaging lessons. I guide students in improving reading comprehension, analyzing texts, expanding vocabulary, and developing clear and organized writing skills. Each lesson is adapted to the student’s level, needs, and academic goals.
A typical lesson includes reading passages, discussing themes and ideas, practicing comprehension techniques, and completing writing exercises such as essays, summaries, and creative responses. I provide detailed feedback to help students improve grammar, structure, clarity, and critical thinking in their writing.
What sets me apart as a tutor is my patient and supportive approach. I encourage students to think deeply about what they read and express their ideas clearly and confidently in writing. I focus on creating a comfortable learning environment where students feel motivated to improve.
