Together, we'll set clear objectives and craft lessons that align with your goals. Each session blends structured learning with practical application, ensuring you not only understand but confidently use your skills beyond the classroom.
We'll revisit key concepts, introduce new vocabulary and grammar, and take time to practice it all with real life scenarios. My focus is on building your confidence, so you feel confident with all your skills.
No matter your age or ambition, my lessons are supportive, flexible, and paced to your needs.

I am an enthusiastic and approachable English teacher with a genuine passion for the English language.
My aim is to help you feel confident and supported while learning, with lessons tailored to your needs and learning style. I have a patient and immersive approach, with lots of opportunities to work through the content you are currently learning and help you feel more confident in your skills.
Alongside teaching, I work in the charity sector in Bristol, and have lived in the UK for 10 years. Outside of work, I play rugby, am currently training for my second marathon, and spend my spare time attempting to teach my kitten a few tricks — with mixed success!

I have had french lessons with Louise for a number of months now. She has been so patient with me, I knew very little french when we started. Now I feel much more confident and ready for my next holiday to France this summer! I would really recommend Louise to anyone wanting to improve their French!
Louise helped me prepare for my GCSE French and our lessons inspired me to take up French as an A-level! I highly recommend.
Working with Louise was such a pleasure. She really adapted our lessons to my pace and needs, while remaining very friendly. I feel so much more confident to speak French now, merci!
Louise is brilliant - I highly recommend her and cannot sing her praises enough!
She is so patient with me, makes learning fun, specific to what I am after and is very encouraging.
I always look forward to my French lessons and I feel much more confident in my abilities since learning with Louise over the past couple of months (from being a complete beginner).
Thank you Louise! X
Louise was so patient with me whilst I brushed up on my school-level French. She helped me gain confidence in my abilities and improved my pronunciation.
