About Amirul
I have always been a fitness freak since my high school days. I’ve always been passionate about learning the latest and best methods, as well as understanding how to avoid injuries when engaging in physical activities. I thought to myself: instead of keeping all my fitness knowledge to myself, why not share it and help others with what I know? My go-to motto has always been “Be savage, not average.” That’s right—whatever you do, push yourself beyond what you think you can achieve.

Amirul is such a dedicated personal trainer. He always makes sure my form is correct and that I follow my meal plan accordingly. He’s always on time and gives extra tips on fitness and wellness. He also makes my fitness journey fun, not stressful. By the end of our sessions, I lost 9kg and can now train on my own.
Very knowledgeable and will recommend a workout program that suits your needs. No need to think about possible injury as well as you will be in safe hands.
