I like my students to feel comfortable around me and to be able to feel they can ask any questions. I used different elements of fitness to give a whole approach to energising and revitalising your body through strength, cardio, core, technique and fun! We repeat the sessions and then change when we feel you have mastered the sessions and warn something new. The session is totally yours and we work together to make it as fun and effective as possible.
As a child I did ballet and trained with the Royal Ballet School for 3 years. I studied Sport & Exercise Science at university and after gaining my degree I realised I wanted to become a personal trainer. I took the course and became qualified as a personal trainer in 2012. Since then I have been helping people of all ages and abilities get fit and healthy with enjoyable and fun exercise. I have experience in dance fitness, core, posture, body conditioning and fitness training. I also am recently qualified in pre and post natal to help new mums keep their bodies strong and healthy.
