About Zahira
Parents can feel confident entrusting their child’s learning to me. I bring extensive teaching, tutoring, and student-development experience, along with a TESOL qualification, a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, a Master’s degree in Management, and an MSc in Psychology in progress. My background includes teaching in schools, tutoring students individually, homeschooling, and supporting children and youth with different learning needs and abilities.
I take my responsibility as a tutor seriously. I prepare carefully, communicate professionally with parents, respect confidentiality, monitor progress, and tailor each lesson to the student’s individual needs. My goal is not simply to help a student complete their homework, but to build understanding, confidence, strong study habits, and the independence to succeed on their own.
With me, students receive patient, structured and personalized instruction in a supportive environment where they can ask questions, make mistakes, and grow without feeling judged.

I strongly believe every student can learn when they are taught in a way that makes sense to them. With experience teaching and tutoring children, youth, and adults, I create personalized lessons based on each learner’s level, strengths, and learning style. I make challenging subjects easier to understand by breaking concepts into simple steps, using practical examples, and providing plenty of encouragement and guided practice. My goal is not only to help students improve their grades, but to build confidence, independence, and a genuine love of learning.
