About Megan
I bring 18 years of experience in education, serving as both a classroom teacher and instructional coach. I’ve taught Kindergarten, 1st, 3rd, 6th, and 7th grades, giving me a deep understanding of how students learn and grow across developmental stages. As an Instructional Coach, I’ve partnered with teachers to implement research-based strategies, accelerate learning, and close achievement gaps. My expertise in data-driven instruction allows me to quickly identify student needs and tailor lessons for maximum impact. I believe every student is capable of success with the right support. My teaching style is student-centered, engaging, and focused on building confidence alongside academic skills. I design lessons that meet students where they are, challenge them to think critically, and encourage them to take ownership of their learning.
