About AGATA
I have been teaching maths and physics in Italian and Scottish high schools for 25 years, I have been a tutor for many years helping students who needed one to one lessons to revise , clarify and deepen different topics concerning Maths and Physics Curriculum.

I establishe a safe and stimulating environment for pupils, rooted in mutual respect. I try to create a relaxed atmosphere within class-pupil talk, confidence to speak and discuss.
I allow students to develop and understanding in different ways and with different speeds. I promote collaboration, communication, critical thinking and creativity: students don’t have merely to learn facts but their mind has to be trained to think, starting with a question, taking time to struggle, exploring thinking and looking for answers.
