About Eva
I have been teaching yoga and meditation classes at my loft and yoga studios in Montreal for over 15 years. I am certified in Ashtanga and Kundalini yoga. I now focus mainly on Kundalini yoga daily because I believe it is the most powerful and quick way to transform into the best version of yourself.

I like to propose a theme to work on for 5 consecutive classes. Each class develops the theme with breathing exercises, poses and meditation derived from Kundalini yoga. I also like to focus on ideas to inquire about after the class.
These themes derive from what I feel my student(s) needs to work on at the moment.
