About Cherine
I have always been fascinated by the mind and understanding my thoughts, my emotions. Since a young age, I've always been wondering "what is this voice within my head?".
So after long years of traveling to India, where I had the opportunity to work in a yoga school and attend meditation retreats, I finally could understand why I was suffering so much.
My purpose now is to spread the wisdom of meditation, through awareness, to reduce unnecessary suffering.

I believe it is always important to understand why we do what we do.
This is why at the beginning of each lesson, I give some theory to understand the principles of meditation, which we then will put into practice. The world of meditation is profound and wide, be ready to cultivate wisdom, compassion and peace.
My meditation lessons are inspired from the Buddhist tradition.
