A typical process for our collaboration: 1. Free initial consultation (45 min.): Clarifying your current life or career situation, defining your goals, and assessing our compatibility. 2. Targeted sessions: Each session focuses on a specific topic (e.g., building resilience, bi-national relationship dynamics & intercultural communication, expat integration, or decision-making). 3. Practical application: At the end of each session, we develop concrete action steps for your daily life. My unique strength as a mentor: My own background gives me a profound understanding of the challenges of navigating different cultural worlds and expectations. I offer not abstract theory, but rather lived experience, empathy, and clear structures. Target group: My services are aimed at adults, recent graduates, managers, second-generation immigrants, and expats throughout the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) who are seeking personal or professional reorientation.
