About Yasmine

I offer private French tuition to primary , KS3 , GCSE, undergraduate and adult education .
My lessons are structured , planned and personalised to the student's objectives and pace of learning.
I try to offer excellent and targeted learning which addresses specific learning challenges that the student is currently facing.
My aims are :
To equip students with exam preparation strategies and help them learn techniques that enable them to achieve and succeed in French .
To encourage and motivate students to learn by recognising that when they enjoy French , they are more likely to experience success .

About the lesson

I am Yasmine and i am a qualified native French tutor from Lyon .
After obtaining my BA and Master in English at University Lyon 3 , I have worked as a supply teacher in different colleges in Lyon and near Paris .
I gave private French lessons to my fellow American students during my time at university and it was a rewarding experience .
As part of my university cursus , i did a Foreign Language assistant training in Huddersfield ,West Yorkshire for a year and my passion for teaching French as a foreign language drove me to pursue a career in private tutoring .
I gave private French lessons to a few students ( AS/A2 levels ) from the sixth form college where i was employed and all of them successfully passed their French exams .
Since i settled in London since 2003 , i have been both working in a secondary school and tutoring students at home .
