I am an experienced teacher of KS3 and 4 English along with Gunctional Skills Englush ans Maths. I am also experienced in delivering reading intervention.
I have 20 years experience, for 11 of which I was a SENDCo in a secondary school.

The objectives of my lessons are to ensure that you leave with the ability to demonstrate an understanding of an area of English in accordance with the KS3, KS4 and FS curriculums. Also, to understand a range of mathematical operations in accordance with the FS curriculum.
Lessons begin with subject related starters.
We then have focused lessons which are delivered via PowerPoint, video clips, discussion, using information from a relevant text book, independent thinking tasks and practice questions.
A plenary question is asked at the end of each session.
