About Chen
I'm doing many things - a consultant, a business owner and a part-time tutor.
I started off my career journey when I was 16 and back then, my first job was tutoring. Till today, despite being busy - I still enjoy the idea of sharing my understanding/expertise that I have spent years polishing on. With that said, I believe I have the experience, the point of view on how a student would enjoy lessons. Happy to chat if anything!

Mind-mapping!
- I love to adopt mind-mapping in all of my classes.
Lesson plan (1-hour):
- First 15 minutes: Recap on previous lesson +new materials provided
- 15-20 minutes: Materials will include various ideas and facts relevant to the topic of the lesson then I will support the student in learning how to connect "the dots" in order to develop a better understanding of the topic itself
- 15-20 minutes: Deep diving into the topic further (assessment focused or learning the techniques on answering questions)
-Final 5 minutes: Quick recap
