About Aliz
I’ve been a personal trainer since 2006 with long training history prior to that.
I worked for 3 years in a boutique gym in St. James and now I’m freelancing in Ruislip area and Central London.
I have a gym at home but happy to come to you if you feel more comfortable and have the right facilities at home for training.
