My method employs a personal touch, relating to the individuals in the class in order to better understand their skills and understanding of the material. I believe in using real life parables in order to assist the students to understand what it is I am attemtoing to convey, which also brings a shared understanding to bolster trust between teacher and student which is extremely vital.
