About Alba
I am a passionate and dedicated secondary school teacher currently working in Ireland, with six years of experience teaching within the Irish education system. Throughout my career, I have taught students from 1st year to Leaving Cert level, which has given me a strong understanding of the curriculum and the challenges students face at different stages.
I enjoy helping students build confidence in their abilities and discover that they are capable of achieving more than they think. I believe that learning should be both effective and engaging, so I always aim to create a positive and supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and developing their skills.
My experience in the classroom has allowed me to understand how students learn best, and I use that knowledge to adapt my teaching to each individual student. Whether a student needs support with exam preparation, improving their grades, or simply gaining more confidence in the subject, I am committed to helping them reach their full potential.

I offer engaging, supportive and well-structured lessons tailored to each student’s needs, level and learning pace. As a secondary school teacher currently working in Ireland with four years of experience in the Irish education system, I have extensive experience teaching students from 1st year to Leaving Cert level.
My goal is to help students build confidence, improve their understanding and achieve their academic goals. Lessons are dynamic and interactive, combining clear explanations with guided practice and active participation so students stay motivated and involved.
For students preparing for the Junior Cycle or Leaving Certificate, I focus strongly on exam preparation. We work through past exam questions, analyse common exam topics and develop effective answering strategies so students know exactly what examiners expect.
I also support students who simply want to strengthen their understanding of the subject, improve their grades or gain more confidence in class. Every lesson is adapted to the student, creating a positive and encouraging environment where they can ask questions, practise skills and make real progress.
