I am a qualified somatic practitioner and meditation teacher passionate about helping people reconnect with their bodies, emotions, and inner calm. My work focuses on nervous system regulation, mindfulness, and body-based healing practices that support lasting wellbeing. I offer a professional, compassionate, and safe space where students feel seen and supported. I teach somatic meditation classes that help students reconnect with the body, release stored stress, and build emotional balance through gentle awareness practices. Somatic means body-based learning, using breath, movement, sensation, and mindfulness to support nervous system regulation. Sessions are usually 60 minutes and guided with care.
