About Ray
I am a licensed special education teacher. Between tutoring and teaching, I have been working with a diverse population of students for a decade.
I have worked with students of all ability levels from gifted and talented and Honors students to those with knowledge gaps, learning disabilities, interrupted education, and at-risk students.
I provide specialized support for students with IEPs and 504 Plans, and specific learning disabilities. I offer multisensory/multimodal approaches to accommodate your needs while celebrating your strengths.

We can identify your challenges and address knowledge gaps to build you into a more confident student and test taker. I can teach visual, auditory, and hands-on learners through multimodal instruction (multisensory approach).
I'm a fan of the 'I do, we do, you do' method, this offers fading support to increase your fluency and confidence with the material.
