About Sean
Hello! My name is Sean Gunnell, I've been an actor for 32 years, and I've been an instructor, private coach, and demo reel services provider the past two years. In my time as an actor, I've learned from across the board Meisner Technique, Emotional Recall, Shakespeare, Stage Combat, etc., and what I've come to learn is that any and all of it is meant to be pieces of authenticity we carry over into our own lives and artistry. Utilizing a combination of Meisner, Emotional Recall, Breath Work, and Therapy, I enjoy guiding actors to understanding and embracing themselves, warts and all, so that rawness, technique, unique talents, and trust in self drive the cars of our creativity. Working with me, I'll teach you to be in touch with your thoughts and feelings, to live in your bodies more with the work, to calm anxieties and worries, and to give your all to transformative, electric, and harmonious creativity with yourself and others. :)
