About Kelli
I create a safe space for actors to learn and explore new ways of working in a fun and loving attmosphere. I've been a professional actress all my life, and I've directed friends and coached them for auditions and plays for decades, and now I'm at a point where I want to coach and give back some of the generosity that's been shown to me througout my career. I've had contract roles in Daytime TV, and guest star roles in prime-time and on Cable, and lead roles in films and on-stage. I have been trained by some of the best acting teachers in both N.Y. and L.A., from the Guthrie Theatre Apprentice program, The National Shakespeare Company Convervatory, HB Studios, to Roy London (my favorite) Michelle Danner, Cameron and Alice Thor, and many more in L.A. With all these different techniques, I have a unique toolbox to share with actors. There isn't just one way of approaching each role. One method may work better than another in a certain circumstance, so it's helpful to have a variety of skills and tools at your disposal.
I love simplifying the process. That feeling of clarity and 'knowig what to do' in a scene is priceless to me. Every time a student has that 'aha!' moment I have a wonderful sense of accomplishment and clarity as well.
