About Jan
I have a versatile background, working in medicine and the performing arts. Educational background in both. M.D., tutored during medical school, MCAT and created curriculum during chief residency year. Trained in method acting and Meisner Technique, can help from an actors perspective on connecting to the role or work. Certified in meditation (100 hours) and completing yoga training. Offering classes virtually (currently).
When in person resumes, experience teaching and competing gymnastics and collegiate level cheerleading. level 10 competitive gymnast. Also former collegiate cheerleading. Three years experience coaching both gymnastics and tumbling for high school cheer. Open to all levels.
I enjoy helping others grow, work to present material in an understandable way for the unique individual.
