About Grayson
I'm Grayson DeJesus, an experienced acting teacher and audition coach and professional theater, television, and film actor. I specialize in creating personalized consultation and acting coaching empowering students to express themselves passionately and authentically. With two years experience teaching at universities and theater programs across the country and a decades long acting career from Broadway to Law & Order, I specialize in audition prep prospective students looking to be accepted into competitive undergraduate and graduate MFA programs, or adults looking to book their next professional television or theater audition.
A little about my experience: I’ve been on television sets working with film stars like Hayley Atwell, Giovanni Ribisi and have been directed by Timothy Busfield and Mad Men/Sopranos director Scott Hornbacher. I’ve been an audition reader for Lincoln Center Theater and various top TV casting offices. I’ve worked closely coaching auditions for working television actors like recent Tony Award-winner Will Brill (Marvelous Mrs. Maisel, Fellow Travelers) and Rebecca Haden (The Gilded Age, Madam Secretary).
