About Sara
I have always been in love with music, particularly instrumental. I have played the clarinet for 9 years and have been a musical leader in high school and part of college. I have tutored multiple young students on various instruments such clarinet, bass clarinet, flute, and even tuba! Teaching others the skills and passing on my passions will not only help them succeed in their musical endeavors, but will also provide more ways for me to continue what I love.
It is incredibly rewarding helping others progress and succeed on their field of interest. I know the feeling of practicing, becoming frustrated, and then celebrating when I finally got it right. I love being there for that feeling when I help others with music, and it is always a great way for me to continue my own passion and learning throughout the years!

I first like to figure out what their goal is and get to know more about them and how long they have been interested and playing their instrument. I then like to hear them play a short piece or part of a piece they are particularly practicing at that time. Once my overview is sorted out, we can continue learning with more efficiency!
