About
I have experience with teaching, coaching and mentoring K-12 students. I am very attentive to the needs of my students as i strongly believe every student has the capacity to understand and excel in their chosen field. I have 20 years feal life, hands-on industry Engineering and Business experience; the powerful combination that provides balanced approach to problem solving and gurantees platform for analytical and problem solving skill set.
I am happy to unravel difficult subject areas as well as expand student knowledge and understanding. Overall, I aim to achieve student success as well as bost student confidence and morale.
I have passion in Education and K12 literacy. I have taught principles of Engineering in Technology Education in Middle school. I have also mentored and coached leadership principles to Grade 10 -12 students. I have provided support to Graduate students in Business areas namely Projet Management, Risk Management, Product Pricing and Revenue Management.
I have 20 years Energy industry experience and provided Technical, Commercial consultancy & advisory services to diverse Engineering teams. As trained Civil Engineer, I delivered multi-million-dollar Projects within cost, schedule and quality. I have also served as Business Economist for Energy projects and therein solved complex problems. I have Bachelors in Civil Engineering, Diploma in Petroleum Engineering, Masters in Business Administration and Masters in Project Management.

My typical process to start a new relationship is to schedule a 30 minute conversation with my student. This is complimentary to all prospective students as we use this time to acquaint and understand student goals and objectives. I also like to use this time to understand problem areas as well as clarify expectations. Where there is a fit, we will move on to the next step in the process.
I have worked with K-12 students as well as Business and Engineering oriented graduate students.
Where communciation is clear between the student and the teacher, then the probability of student success is very high. I would also advice students to cooperate and keep pace with the lessons.
I was thrilled when one of my middle school students displayed passion in Engineering structures and decided to pursue career in Civil Engineering.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
I appreciate individual uniqueness so I engage students from their natural and spontaneity view points. I encourage my students to be attentive in class and give feedback on their learning.
