About Nicholas
Ever since my first tutoring lesson at the University of California - San Diego, I have made it my personal mission to treat every subsequent session like it's my first and most important. I firmly believe in the power of education which is why I've dedicated my life to empowering others to learn. Over my three and a half years of experience tutoring, I have helped my students achieve a full letter grade higher in their classes on average. I love seeing my students excel in their classes and notice the inevitable boost in their self-esteem when they do well. Nothing is more satisfying than when a student is finally able to grasp a difficult topic. This is the work that I live for.
I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Physiology and Neuroscience from the University of California, San Diego.
I have been tutoring since 2016 and have received nothing but absolute praise for my services.

In my introductory session, I'll get to know the student's wants, needs, and goals and get a sense of what their learning style is. For example, are they audio learners or visual learners? From there, I'll go over what they are having difficulty with and focus all of my attention on finding the optimal solution.
