About Nathan
With an in-depth knowledge of pedagogical practices, STEM Scholars Tutoring promotes an active learning approach that makes studying meaningful and builds networks of understanding. No more “memorizing” or “bingeing and purging” material.
As a current PhD student, I’m still a part of the educational system, seeing its flaws and strong suits. I’ve examined what approaches work and what approaches do not. During my time I’ve been a teaching assistant and active learning assistant to undergraduates, a tutor to student athletes, practiced pedagogical techniques, and even taught those techniques to faculty outside of the United States.
STEM Scholars Tutoring wants you to walk away feeling comfortable about your coursework and will put forth great effort to do so.
