About Mikaela
I aim to help students gain passion and understanding about the diverse fields within biology. I've been tutoring/teaching assisting since 2018 with great success.
BS in Biological Sciences: Ecology and Evolution from University of Pittsburgh (Summa Cum Laude '22). Minored in Chemistry.
Undergraduate teaching assistant for Biochemistry. Peer tutor for Biology 1&2.
I started tutoring while a senior in High School. I tutored a college level Biology 1 course. From there I worked with peers to tutor courses I had done well in on campus before moving into a teaching assistant position.
I have a degree in Ecology and Evolution and minored in Chemistry. During undergrad I tutored peers in Biology 1&2 as well as higher level ecology courses. I served as a UTA for Biochemistry for 2 semesters.
