About Lane
We offer Personal training, Group training, Silver Sneakers membership and group classes. We have experience with all age groups, all shapes and sizes of people, and can help with all of your goals!
We love helping people acheive their goals no matter how tough the challenge. It is rewarding to see people achieve what they came in to do, and to know that we had a part in their success means more than anything.
Accumatively our team has over 10 years of teaching experience in the fitness industry. We have taught everything from group training to boxing to yoga.
Our trainers are NASM certified.

About the lesson

We bring them in and talk about their goals, how much weight they would like to gain or lose. We provide each client with a 5 point movement screen to see if we can identify any postural deviations or imbalances. If we do find any, we provide you with the correct techinques to help correct them. Finally we put them on our Inbody machine that reads out how much body fat they have. From there we can get a more clear picture of what we are going to do, and together we put together a successful plan to meet your ultimate goal!
Ages 16-80 years of age.
Makes sure that the expert is being 100% honest with you and will tell how exactly how long it will take to meet your goals. Find someone who will take their time explaining each step of the journey you are taking.
