About Alex
i create a self tailored fitness and self defense program based on clients needs and wants. I firmly believe in creating a session that every client enjoys while getting quality instruction. Fitness is about being able to push past your limits, to become the hero you see in mirror. Join my team of warriors and live the life you were born to live.
I get to teach people what I'm passionate about. Fitness and martial arts has changed my life for the better. I wouldn't be the person I am today without it. Now it's my time to share my experience and passions with others.
I'm a NASM certified trainer with over 7 years of experience. I hold numerous certifications which include nutrition, corrective exercise, weight loss, strength, boxing, life coaching, and Muay Thai

The very first session is all about finding your baseline. We go through a movement and injury screen before we even start the session. We also go over what goals a client would like to achieve in a timely manner. From there I create a self tailored fitness program that will create the result my clients love and seek!
I generally have a lot of female clientele but I'm open to training men as well.
Make sure the teacher has your best interest before anything else. We are here to help guide you towards whatever goal you want to achieve. A teacher will always look after the student.
