About Parrish
In depth breakdowns of strikes and combination that I've taken from over a decade of experience in the arts of Muay Thai, Boxing, Kickboxing, and JKD. Getting people in shape, ready to protect themselves at any time and feel comfortable and confident in their skills. Nimbus offers class training, group training, and one on one training. Learn from someone who has actually gone through fight camps and fought in the States and in Canada.
