About Anthony
I have studied Martial Arts for more than 15 years now.At Breathe Boxing you can learn the fundamentals of Boxing Muay Thai and Jiu jitsu.As a Beginner you need to have a strong base,rooted in the fundamentals of whatever you set out to develop.Breathe boxing,Muay Thai and jiu jitsu offers training for both men and women young and old who want to be fit,learn self defense or compete as an athlete.More importantly, with Breathe Boxing you will learn correctly by developing the fundamentals first!
I find that thru helping others learn self defense, the art forms reveal themselves more to me as a student.Allowing me to be a better instructor.
