Generally, I like to have an initial meeting with a new student to learn more about the student's exercise goals, needs, abilities and limitations.
Once the screening is complete, I take what I've learned and create a training regimen of both instructor and individual drills and exercises that the student will work on.
I have worked with women, men, youth and kids. I have coached alongside and trained with both golden glove pros and mma semi-pros alike.
