We offer customized real estate services, consulting and investment strategies in the residential sector in Florida. I got started teaching when I developed a system for success that my peers envied. They offered me a nice fee to teach their Realtors how to do what I was doing in the fix and flip space.

I have over 16 years as a real estae broker in Florida with a specialized knowledge and experience in buy fix and flip residential properties.

About the lesson

My typical process when working with a new colleague/student is to find out what the goal of their education is. I also uncover any blindspots and develop a plan for success that takes into consideration where they are starting from right now. Real estate is such an exciting an unlimited field of expertise and everyone wants a piece of it's potential.

I have worked with seasoned and begginer investors as well as attorneys and city officials.

I reccomend students find a tutor who has a similar energy as they have and one who communicates in a way that makes them feel comfortable and is easy to understand. The tutor that explains things in a way that ensures success.
