About Chris
We specialize in New Mexican cuisine but there really is no ethnicity that we can not sharpen your skill set and recipe depth.
Cooking is a life long passion and driving force behind everything I do. My grandfather told me when I was young, " we are not in the food business we are in the people business" this has been my mantra since that time. It's all about the connection of memories to the senses that makes the world go around
40 years in the restaurant industry. 20 years in Steakhouses and I am presently preparing to open a food truck business
