About Craig
Just starting this but have done classes in the restaurants and with friends in their homes preparing meals and haveing fun along the way.
I started in the restaurant business at age 16.I have over 30 years as a Sous Chef and Chef working and overseeing operation in mostly private clubs and have also been in numerous culinary shows including assisitng in the Culunary Olympics.

I have always wanted to make a cheesecake. A stiff New York style cheesecake with crunchy crust. It was a hit at Thanksgiving. And due to popular demand it will be made for Christmas as well. Craig taught me the basics of how to prep food and the chemistry of it, which I think why everything I tried to make was "off". I highly recommend Craig. He really knows his craft and how to teach it.
Great experience! My wife and I asked Chef Craig to help enhance our creative cooking techniques. He is both knowledgeable and fun to work with. We learned a lot, from basic techniques to making some tasty gourmet dishes and had a great time too.
Craig was very knowledgeable on every thing about cooking.From basics to fancy stuff and taught me every thing i needed to know and more. Highly recommend !
