About Demetra
I offer everyday comfort food cooking classes.
I love food. I enjoy the tastes, the textures, and the smells. It's art but it seems that most people don't know the basics. I want to help.
I actually got tired of all my friends and family wanting me to cook for them so I decided to teach them so they can cook for me for once.
I am not classically trained. I learned from my mom and I did take some college courses. I also have cooked for parties, family and friends. I am not one of those teachers we will act like I know it all because I don't. I also have room to learn and grow.

I want to know what you already know and what you would like to know. I will then tell you a little about myself and then make sure you feel comfortable, safe, and well protected.
Mostly young adults but I will teach anyone who wants to learn.
I would advise those who are looking to hire a teacher like me is just to be open to learn and take your time. I will not rush you.

Demetra makes learning how to cook super easy! She breaks everything down at a timely pace and makes adds her own twist to make meals taste phenomenal!
