About Patrick
I have 28 years of highend cooking experience. Through my travels I've learned Mexican, Italian, Vietnamese, Thai, Korean, bbq, Southern and Chinese cuisine
It's connected people through food and history in a fun learning environment
As a chef, you are learning and teaching everyday. The hand on application of teaching opens up amazing opportunities to learn and cultures and cuisines
I'm a culinary school graduate that has cooked all over the country. I started my career off in luxury hotels and restaurants and fell in love with cooking from the start.

I work with clients on pricing. Pricing is on a scale with several factors..If I'm doing all the shopping or will the client have all product available when I arrive at the cooking destination. Will specializes equipment be needed? I look for the most cost effective ways to better the cooking experience
