About Kenny
I've been cooking plant-based foods for most of my life, I'm so happy to be able to share some cooking tips with people. And make them excited about cooking plant-based Nutritious food for their friends and family.
I've owned restaurants for the last 10 years, recently was part owner of Nicks On Grand Nick's on Mission, specializing in vegan Filipino Food. I've recently been on a project where I've been cooking one vegan meal from every country around the world. I love what I do. And I have a new restaurant called sky Café, where we serve world cuisine. All 100% plant-based organic and non-GMO.
I've been working in restaurants and owning them for several years now. I also have been cooking plant-based since the 80s.
