About Gary
Gary Battle is a drummer and musician from West Hartford, Connecticut. He has performed drums serveral musical groups including the Penn State Percussion Ensemble and the Essence of Joy Chior. Gary has been performing drums for over 15 years and has experience with jazz, funk, latin, rock, blues, and other genres. In 2017 Gary performed drumset in 4 European countries with the Conard High School Jazz band.
I enjoy introducing students to the world of jazz and contemporary music
I started teaching at the Artists Collective in Hartford, CT as an apprentice
