About Ingrid
You have to do it - why not enjoy it, too?! I will help you achieve your study goals and enjoy your time. I have 12 years of experience helping students to succeed and complete challenging tasks, build their confidence, and become better learners.
With my BA in English Literature and my CELTA teaching certificate, I'm highly qualified to deliver professional, engaging lessons that will meet your specific learning style.
I'm a reading and writing coach, so I will guide you to make sense of tough readings, form well-organized ideas and opinions, and improve your writing skills.
I love to see my students become interested in a subject again, feel good about their abilities, and find new ways to think and express themselves. Building confidence is such an important part of academic success, and I love to see my students discover theirs!

I spend time to get to know my students, and engage them quickly in conversation about themselves and also about their studies. I like to hear from them directly what they feel good about and what they feel that they need to work on. Then I clarify goals and timeline to meet those goals. Then we begin the lesson objectives, and I adjust as needed to their learning style.
