About Laurie
Laurie Kate O'Donnell has a powerful reverence for the english language and is a voracious reader.
She has spent the last eight years as a private tutor of english. Laurie is enthusiastic and motivated in her approach to educating students.
She graduated with a Bachelors of economics from the University of Cape Town on an academic scholarship and has a Tefl qualification from i-to-i.
Educating developing minds is enormously rewarding. Being able to express oneself competently in the spoken and written word is powerful. It provides a vast amount of joy to empower students.
I have specialized in working with school age students with varying capabilities and have been gratified to have had great success. My approach to the tuition is taylored to each student and their expectations.
