About Sarah
I have been tutoring high school and college level for 5 years, and am currently employed as a tutor and elementary teacher assistant at a private school. Since I myself am always trying to learn, my passion is to help others love learning as well. My favorite pastimes are being creative, reading, and making music. I graduated Salutatorian from high school, with an overall GPA of 4.25. I began community college at the age of 14, and went on to graduate with honors at Biola University. I am a recent college graduate who is in pursuit of grad school, and I am looking for tutoring jobs while I am teaching and going through my higher education studies. I am very experienced in elementary education, and I am confident to tutor through the college level. I particularly enjoy teaching writing, reading, comprehension, and elementary math. All subjects interest me, and I would be honored to help you on your education journey.
I love tutoring because I believe in the power of education. Education impacts the life of an individual by giving them confidence, skill, and knowledge to prepare them for their future. Seeing students understand concepts and gain the confidence they need gives me joy and purpose.
