About Susan
Welcome! I am a life long musician and play in several local orchestras. I hold a BA in Music from Buffalo State University and an MM in Clarinet Performance from University at Buffalo. I love to see students progress in their playing skills. I specialize in preparation for NYSSMA solos and performance coaching. I am well versed in Gordon Music Learning Theory. Some of our local schools use this method to teach reading rhythm. I teach to all learning styles.
I accept students going into 4th grade through adults. I can’t accept Canadian students unless they come to my studio.
