About Grace
I am writing to express my interest in the related position at your company. With a background in Aviation and Tourism Management and hands-on experience in customer service, I have developed a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Additionally, I am currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in International Business, further strengthening my understanding of global markets, customer relations, and business operations. Throughout my career, I have gained valuable experience in customer service, sales, and administration. My role in customer service has strengthened my skills in call center operations, complaint resolution, and problem-solving, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. I have also successfully managed inbound and outbound call handling, demonstrating strong communication abilities and the capacity to build lasting professional relationships. Beyond customer service, I have a proven track record in sales, particularly in closing deals for travel packages such as Umrah, Egypt, and Turkey tours. I have also coordinated large-scale travel assemblies, ensuring smooth demonstrations and briefings for prospective travelers. Additionally, I have experience as a tutor for both English and Bahasa Malaysia, assisting primary and secondary school students in improving their language proficiency and guiding them through their learning progress. My background also includes basic accounting work, where I utilized SQL systems to handle financial tasks. These diverse experiences have equipped me with strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Pursuing my Bachelor's Degree in International Business has provided me with deeper insights into market trends, cross-cultural communication, and strategic business decision-making skills that align well with this role. I am eager to apply my academic knowledge and professional experience to contribute effectively to your team.
