About Dylan
Despite being a single college student, I have the dedication to help other people pass through their classes. No one deserves to fail high school and I want to ensure that students get an equal opportunity to pass.
In high school, I often struggled as well with schooling, so I want to be the person that can help other students be able to pass through their courses as well.
I want to become a college professor when I get my PhD, so I saw tutoring as the perfect opportunity to gain experience in 1 on 1 teaching.

First I want to know a little bit about the student. I want to know their strengths and weaknesses so that during the tutoring session, time can be spent on improving those weak areas. Leaerning their preferred teaching method is also a must because that would allow the student to learn more from what I'm teaching and make the tutoring session worthwhile, even if it is the only session we have.
Look for someone you personally feel is able to teach you in a manner that you would be comfortable with and gain the most out of.

They should try to figure out what teaching styles they feel the most comfortable with before asking their teacher if they are able to incorporate some of those teaching techniques into their work.
