About Eva
I have always had a passion for learning, and during college I helped many of my peers through the course work that the struggled with. In doing this I learned that I also have a passion for teaching. I have degrees in philosophy/ religious studies & and women’s and gender studies. I also had a minor in art. I coach students on how to set academic goals (both big and small) and I work with them to achieve them.
I started by tutoring friends in college, as well as for families I have worked with as a nanny.
I earned a B.A. from West Chester University where I majored in Women’s and Gender Studies & Religious Studies/ Philosophy. I also had a minor in Studio Art.
For my hard work and achelivrments, I have also been inducted into the national honors societies for both of my areas of study.

For most subjects I start by helping the student pinpoint exactly where they are struggling in a course, and the help them set academic goals to help them better understand what work they need to put in to be successful. After identifying goals, we work through achieving them together as we move through understanding the course material.
I have worked with students of all ages and backgrounds, ranging from Elementary School, through those in College level courses.
