I have 7 year experience workin and teaching to kids and adult, I also work in the public school system teaching self defense!

About the lesson

I work starting with basic technik and character, I focus on the development of a healty training combining personal and direct attention to every single student adapting the training to every personal needs!

I worked with all tipe of student, I actually had kids with problems, randoming from selective mutism to autism! achiving good resulsts!

My best advise is to look for a teacher who follow the lineage of his stile and not looking to just make money giving out belt as candy!

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Think about witch is their goal and what they are in disposition to sacrifice to acheive it!
