About Blake
Hello! I'm Blake, and I've been a professional tutor for almost 15 years now. I especially love working with students grades 4-12, and specialize in maths, test prep, essay writing, executive functioning, and working with students with learning differences (i.e. ADD, ADHD, dysgraphia, dyslexia, ASD, etc.). I began tutoring with a tutoring business, and started my own tutoring company - Toluca Tutors - in 2019.
I love doing test prep for ACT, SAT, ISEE, and HSPT! And the only subject I really dislike teaching is AP chemistry.
I'm very easy going and realize that every student learns completely differently. It's my job to make sure that each student is an comfortable as they can be, and to find out their best learning methods.
